SBI 2025

KVK will update the SBI Code's between 5 & 7 september 2025. Company info will make the code's available at 10 september. ContactManager will need to import the new SBI code's and convert contacts with old values to the new values.

ContactManager requirements

ContactManager Version 21-08-2025 or newer.

ContactManager Conversion

All contacts where we can determine te new SBI Code will be automatic converted. Some contacts (based on tests about 25%) cannot be converted because the old SBI code is split into multiple new values or the SBI code does not exist anymore and there is no new one. At the end of the conversion a file will be created with the contacts that cannot be converted.

The customer can share that file with their Company info AccountManager. Company Info can add the new SBI codes for these contacts. Via a ContactManager Import these contact can be updated with the code received from Company info.

To start the conversion:

1. Update ContactManager
2. Start ContactManager
3. Add /migrate-sbi-2025.aspx behind the customer ContactManager URL Example: https://XXXXX.eponalegal.com/migrate-sbi-2025.aspx (opens new window)
4. The conversion will be started in the background (you can check the progress in the log files)
5. After completion a file named "SBI2025CodeReport.xlsx" will be dropped in the installation directory Web\SBI2025Migration
6. Customer can share the file with their Company info AccountManager
7. When Company Info added the new SBI codes in the excel file, the Codes can added via a ContactManager import.
